You may be the person everyone else depends on—but lately, it feels harder to hold everything together.
Maybe anxiety has become a constant companion. Maybe you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or a major life transition that’s left you feeling unlike yourself. Perhaps you’re overwhelmed by emotions that seem to come out of nowhere, leaving you exhausted, irritable, or wondering why everything suddenly feels so hard.
I know firsthand that life can change your sense of who you are.
Becoming a parent was one of those experiences for me. It brought incredible joy, but also uncertainty, identity shifts, and moments where I felt overwhelmed by all the changes happening at once. Outside of therapy, one of the ways I stay grounded is through weightlifting, which has taught me an important lesson: strength isn’t built overnight. Growth happens one small, consistent step at a time.
Today, I help women, moms, and adults navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life’s transitions so they can feel more confident, balanced, and connected to themselves again.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical.
I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and talk openly without fear of judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing while building practical tools that help you feel steadier in your daily life.
I work with clients experiencing:
My approach is both compassionate and action-oriented. We’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while creating realistic strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
I’ve learned that some of life’s biggest transitions can also become our greatest opportunities for growth.
My own experiences with uncertainty, becoming a parent, and finding strength through weightlifting have shown me that being strong doesn’t mean having it all together all the time.
It means learning how to support yourself when life feels hard.
That’s one reason I’m especially passionate about helping women and parents during seasons of change, when identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt can feel especially intense.
I want therapy to be a place where you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to trust yourself again.
I use an integrative, client-centered approach that combines evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.
Together, we’ll work on:
This work isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress.
I work especially well with:
You don’t have to keep carrying everything by yourself.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for things to feel different, I’d be honored to help you find your footing again.
Together, we’ll build the tools, confidence, and support you need to create a life that feels calmer, steadier, and more aligned with who you are.
