“If I were a superhero, I’d have been kept in injuries.”
For years, I pushed myself through endurance sports—running, triathlons, cycling—until physical injuries forced me to stop. That experience of loss, limitation, and identity shift deeply informs my work today.
Rather than shutting down, I chose a different path: continuing to grow in new ways. These days, that looks like improv, learning guitar, and singing—leaning into discomfort, creativity, and possibility.
My personal philosophy is simple: “Yes, and…”
Not ignoring reality—but building from it. Not getting stuck in what’s lost—but expanding into what’s still possible.
