Sometimes life looks okay on the outside, but it doesn’t quite feel right on the inside.
Maybe you’ve been living according to everyone else’s expectations and have lost touch with what you actually want. Perhaps anxiety has become your constant companion, relationships feel harder than they should, or you’re navigating a life transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what’s next.
I know that feeling personally.
I’m a native Chicagoan who recently moved to Arizona while pursuing my own life changes and growth. Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those moments where life asks you to take a leap before you feel fully ready.
Those experiences taught me that growth isn’t about becoming a completely different person. It’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been and creating a life that feels aligned with your values.
Today, I help children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges so they can move from simply getting through each day to living more intentionally and authentically.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and honest.
I believe people grow best when they feel safe enough to be themselves and supported enough to challenge old patterns that no longer serve them.
My style is approachable and compassionate, but I’ll also gently push you when it can lead to meaningful growth. I won’t simply sit back and listen—I’ll offer feedback, support, and practical tools to help you move forward.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself and make changes that feel sustainable—not temporary.
One of the reasons I became a therapist is because I know what it’s like to start over.
Leaving behind familiarity, navigating uncertainty, and choosing growth over comfort can be both exciting and scary. I’ve learned that some of the biggest transformations happen when we allow ourselves to step into the unknown.
Outside of therapy, I’m also a proud dog mom to a golden retriever who keeps me grounded and reminds me daily about the importance of play, connection, and being present.
I bring that same balance into my work—creating a space that’s genuine, supportive, and human.
I have over nine years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, including eight years within Chicago Public Schools.
My background has given me a deep understanding of how people develop, how family systems shape us, and how challenges often show up differently throughout different stages of life.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT and ACT.
I also work from a strengths-based perspective, meeting you where you are while helping you grow toward where you want to be.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, understand your patterns, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I work especially well with:
You don’t have to have everything figured out before asking for help.
Growth can be uncomfortable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself and create a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
