Thank you for considering therapy and taking this meaningful step towards finding the right fit. Beginning this journey takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Columbia University-trained therapist with lived experience growing up across diverse cultural, racial, linguistic, and religious backgrounds. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, and adults to cultivate deeper self-insight, strengthen self-compassion, and pursue the goals that bring them to therapy.
I also work with families, drawing on my experience as a New York City social worker to help improve communication, resolve conflict, and address behavioral challenges.
Whether you’re a teen, young adult, or family member, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, emotional regulation, and more effective, fulfilling relationships.
My therapeutic approach is patient, non-judgmental, and centered on you, the client. We’ll explore not just your immediate concerns and goals, but also the deeper layers of your identity, relationships, and lived experiences. With gentle curiosity, we’ll sit with the thoughts and feelings that arise, building self-awareness, fostering resilience, and developing self-compassion along the way.
As insight and acceptance grow, I’ll continue to offer steady support, meaningful dialogue, a sense of humor, and a deep respect for who you are, and who you are becoming.
