About Me

Hi, I’m Hannah! Taking the first step to seek support is often the hardest. Navigating life’s toughest challenges—from difficult life changes and strained relationships to career stress or healing from past trauma—can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to help you heal and process these experiences to live more fully.

How Can I Help You?

I intend to show up meeting my clients where they are at. I understand that anxiety, depression, stress, etc. can leave us feeling burnt out and unmotivated. I’m here to support you in exploring your unique strengths and moving toward your goals with a deeper sense of clarity and purpose.

What Is It Like to Work With Me?

You’ll discover a compassionate, trauma-informed environment where you can freely feel, heal, and be heard without judgment. My approach centers on collaborating with you, honoring your unique experiences, and recognizing your inherent strengths. Our sessions will be filled with purposeful conversations, guiding you to bravely reflect, gain vital insight, and uncover patterns that may be holding you back. It’s perfectly normal for a full range of emotions to emerge, and I’ll be there to help you navigate them and understand their root causes.

My Path to Becoming a Therapist

I earned my Bachelor of Psychology from Barrett, the Honors College at ASU and completed my Master’s in Social Work Summa Cum Laude from ASU in 2023. My specialized training includes a Domestic Violence certificate, a certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

More About Me…

I have been in private practice since 2023, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals from adolescence through adulthood. This broad exposure has profoundly shaped my perspective and compassion as a therapist. I am called to do this work in memory of my beloved friends, Ivan and Brody.

Fun Fact

I love cats! I have three rescue cats. They like to pop in and say “hello” to clients when I’m on Telehealth calls.
