You’ll discover a compassionate, trauma-informed environment where you can freely feel, heal, and be heard without judgment. My approach centers on collaborating with you, honoring your unique experiences, and recognizing your inherent strengths. Our sessions will be filled with purposeful conversations, guiding you to bravely reflect, gain vital insight, and uncover patterns that may be holding you back. It’s perfectly normal for a full range of emotions to emerge, and I’ll be there to help you navigate them and understand their root causes.
I earned my Bachelor of Psychology from Barrett, the Honors College at ASU and completed my Master’s in Social Work Summa Cum Laude from ASU in 2023. My specialized training includes a Domestic Violence certificate, a certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
I have been in private practice since 2023, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals from adolescence through adulthood. This broad exposure has profoundly shaped my perspective and compassion as a therapist. I am called to do this work in memory of my beloved friends, Ivan and Brody.
I am offering telehealth appointments Monday through Thursday.
I am able to see clients in our Scottsdale office Mondays and Tuesdays. I see clients in our Tempe office on Wednesdays.
If you feel we would be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
