Bilingual Therapy for Children, Teens, and Young Adults to Feel Understood, Confident, and Comfortable Being Themselves
Growing up, I often felt like an outsider.
I know how much it can mean to have even one person who genuinely listens, accepts you as you are, and doesn’t make you feel like you need to change yourself to belong.
My own experiences—including being in therapy myself—are part of what drew me to mental health and eventually to becoming a therapist. I learned how powerful it can be when someone gives you a space to better understand yourself instead of telling you who you’re supposed to be.
That’s especially important during childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood, when so much of life revolves around figuring out who you are and where you fit.
As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I believe being able to express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you can make an important difference in feeling understood. For families, it can also create more opportunities for parents and children to feel included and connected in the therapeutic process.
Today, I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, big emotions, relationships, Autism, identity, or major life changes. My goal is simple: I want you to feel safe enough to be yourself, understood enough to open up, and supported enough to grow.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious.
With children, I love incorporating creativity, games, playfulness, and humor into our sessions. Kids often communicate through what they do long before they can explain exactly what they’re feeling.
With teens and young adults, I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to perform, have the “right” answer, or worry about being judged. We can talk about what’s actually going on—relationships, anxiety, identity, family, school, the future, or simply the feeling that nobody quite understands you.
I don’t believe therapy should force everyone into the same mold. We’ll find what works for you.

My Experience

Before becoming a Resident Therapist, I spent six years working with children from 18 months through age 13, including three years supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Those experiences taught me that behavior is often communication.
A child who is melting down, withdrawing, struggling socially, or having difficulty expressing emotions isn’t necessarily trying to be difficult. Sometimes they need someone willing to slow down, become curious, and understand what’s happening underneath the behavior.
That perspective continues to shape how I work with children today while I expand my work with adolescents and young adults.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through The Chicago School and hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can provide therapy in either language, allowing Spanish-speaking children, teens, young adults, and families to access care in the language in which they feel most comfortable expressing themselves.

Who I Work Best With

I especially enjoy working with:

  • Children struggling with big emotions, anxiety, or social connection
  • Autistic and neurodivergent children
  • Teens who feel different, misunderstood, or unsure where they belong
  • Young adults figuring out identity, relationships, and what comes next
  • Spanish-speaking children, adolescents, young adults, and families seeking bilingual therapy
  • Young people going through major developmental or life transitions
  • Clients who may not immediately connect with a traditional “sit down and talk about your feelings” approach

A Bit About Me

Outside the therapy room, individuality is something I value in my own life too.
You’ll often find me checking out coffee shops, going to concerts, playing video games, spending time with my family and dog, or listening to metalcore. I have tattoos, love self-expression, and appreciate people who aren’t afraid to be a little different.
You don’t need to show up to therapy as a polished version of yourself.
You get to show up as you.

Growing up can be complicated. Sometimes you need a place where you don’t have to explain why you’re different, hide parts of yourself, or have everything figured out.
Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child, a teenager trying to find your place, or a young adult figuring out who you want to become, I’m here to support you—in English or Spanish.
You deserve a space where you can feel understood, build confidence, and become more comfortable being exactly who you are.

Good relationships aren’t built by avoiding hard things.
They’re built by learning how to face hard things differently.
Whether you’re trying to reconnect with your spouse, prepare for marriage, find your footing as a man, work through a difficult season, or understand how your faith fits into what you’re experiencing, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’d be honored to sit down with you, understand what’s happening, and help you find a way forward.
