Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and having someone who listens and truly understands can make a meaningful difference. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
I have worked in the behavioral health field for 15 years, supporting individuals through a variety of challenges and helping connect them with resources that promote stability and well-being. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work degree at Grand Canyon University.
Growing up in a larger, low-income, Mexican family, I learned the importance of family, compassion, resilience, and supporting one another through difficult times. This experience has shaped the way I connect with others and deepened my understanding of how culture, family, and life experiences can influence how we cope with challenges and seek support.
I am passionate about working with vulnerable and underserved populations and helping individuals recognize their strengths while navigating difficult seasons of life. Through my internship at Wiser Center, I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and support individuals as they work toward greater stability and well-being.
