About Me

Helping adults heal from trauma, understand their emotions, and build lives that feel more connected, grounded, and real.

You Don't Have to Carry This Alone

You may be carrying the weight of past experiences that still show up in your everyday life, in your relationships, your reactions, or a quiet sense that something feels off. Maybe anxiety makes it hard to feel at ease, or you’ve been through something that changed how you see yourself and the world. Perhaps you’re neurodivergent and have spent years feeling misunderstood, like the way your mind works has been treated as a problem rather than a difference. Whatever brought you here, healing is possible, and so is a life that feels more like your own.

How We'll Work Together

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and real. I work to create a space that feels genuinely comfortable where you can show up as you are and start to make sense of what you’ve been experiencing. We move at a pace that works for you, blending honest conversation with practical tools you can actually use outside of our sessions.

I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and major life transitions. I have a special passion for working with the neurodivergent community, particularly those with ADHD and Autism, and I approach that work with the attunement and respect it deserves. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your emotions and relationships, make sense of past experiences, and build skills from boundaries to communication that create meaningful change in your day-to-day life.

Background and Training

I am a licensed therapist with a decade of experience working with adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and life transitions. I am EMDR-certified and trained in comprehensive DBT, two evidence-based approaches that I weave into our work to support deeper healing and lasting change. My practice is integrative and always centered on what you actually need, keeping things flexible rather than one-size-fits-all.
