Some therapists in our practice accept Aetna, United Healthcare, all Optum affiliates, Blue Cross Blue Shield AZ and other Anthem/ BCBS affiliates.
High deductible health plans are more common nowadays. Before you meet your deductible, your out-of-pocket session cost could range from $95 – $150.
Please note: if your plan is affiliated with Medicaid/ AHCCCS or Medicare, we will NOT be able to accept your insurance at this time. Reach out to us if you’re looking for some resources. We’re happy to send over some options that work with your plan.
