Life ain’t getting any easier!
You’ve come a long way to get to where you are: a great job, a decent paycheck, a nice house, family, kids, pets, and vacations…
But happiness has become much harder to find.
What is worse, you don’t quite know why. You can’t explain why you feel stressed, dreadful, unmotivated, impatient, irritated… emotionally exhausted.
And if you could explain it, no one would believe you.
They would probably smirk, thinking you were exaggerating or showing “faux modesty.”
After all, they look at you and think you have everything people want.
Why wouldn’t YOU be happy??
You’ve always been big on self-development.
You read. You never stop working on yourself. You talk to friends. You find mentors.
Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as it used to be. Maybe that’s because life had clear instructions and curricula for you to follow when you were younger: getting degrees and certificates, building a career, getting married, having kids…
But now…
What do you do when there’s no blueprint for how to feel joy in your heart?
What’s next in a woman’s good life?
What do you do when “good” is no longer good enough?
Michelle’s got all the pieces, but she can’t put them together.
Everyone envies her drive and energy. She just became a partner in the law firm, and they will pay for her to do an executive MBA program.
But managing personal life seems much more complicated than managing work. She (now in her forties) and her husband (who never gets along with her father) recently had a baby. Sure, it was nice to bring another bundle of joy into their family, but it also brought many heated arguments about parenting. Those disagreements have bred a resentment that now permeates their housework, dinners, and social gatherings.
Michelle wants to fix the problem, but she has no clue where to begin. She thinks…
What is the point of being successful and hitting my financial goals if I don’t have a happy family?
I must suck at relationships. That’s why I failed two marriages.
Maybe I’m just not cut out for family life.
Krystal paved a treacherous path for herself.
Krystal was a typical “good wife,” “good mother,” and “good daughter.”
She lived comfortably in a SoCal suburb, working in a boring but well-paid corporate job. She was carrying on in life as she had been told and expected to do.
Predictable. Mediocre. Settled.
However, a voice inside kept telling her: “This is NOT how I want to live my only life. I want more. Am I being too materialistic for wanting more?”
After she read Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love, she asked for a divorce from her husband of 15 years. What followed was shock, devastation, brutal custody battles, relocation, single parenthood, job loss, and failed business ventures. Some long-term friends turned their back on her, and guilt followed her like a shadow as she scrambled to juggle work and take care of two little kids.
She felt lost and defeated, doubting herself along the way…
Did I make the wrong choice?
Was this worth the high price of getting out of an unfulfilling marriage?
Will I ever be happy again?
Hi… I’m Anna.
Krystal’s story above was my story seven years ago.
Guess what happened in seven years? It’s extraordinary… thinking about where my life is now.
I’ve had experiences I wouldn’t have seen in my wildest dreams back then! I’ve found a life partner who always lifts me up, traveled to over 20 countries, embarked on multiple career adventures, connected with amazing friends, got in the best shape of my life, and learned something new every day.
All this came after a long, gruesome journey of self-discovery. I had to do the (sometimes painful) work of reexamining and breaking away from the limiting beliefs that held me back for years.
We grow through transitions and challenges.
My transformation blossomed out of taking a risk and staying true to myself in facing life’s challenges.
I was guided by a therapist and a coach, but I did it! And I’m still doing it: living life with unstoppable confidence.
Let me help YOU dismantle your doubts, uncover your potential, and live life to the fullest.
You can do it! Call me today. Let’s talk about how I can help: (602) 456-4150.
Here’s some other “trivia” about me you might like to know…
I am a practitioner of Nichiren Buddhism (as are Tina Turner, Herbie Hancock, and Orlando Bloom). I believe we all have Buddhahood in us, but I have many friends who are atheists or of other faiths.
I was born and raised in China, and I have an accent that my two California-born daughters often tease about.
I love jazz, gourmet coffee, great food, and beauty in nature… and I am fascinated with culture and art.
When I am not helping other women or “working,” you’ll most likely find me hanging out with my daughters, having coffee with my friends, taking hikes, traveling to new places, or learning something new!
